We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality training sessions across our various campaigns; - Implementing training programs tailored to the needs of our clients; - Evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to ensure high standards; - Working closely with the Head of Client Partnerships and COO on trend analysis; - Supporting new hires and current employees in developing their skills and knowledge; - Collaborating with campaign managers to understand training needs and objectives; - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Proven track record in similar roles would be advantageous; - Strong communication and presentation skills; - Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programmes; - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; - Proficiency in using PowerPoint and excel.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the energy, telecommunications, or charity sectors is a plus; - Certification in training or a related field is also good to have but not a requirement.
