Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Processor to join their team.
Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £26,000 Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days) Location: Woore Duration: Permanent/ Full time Sales Processor Duties include: Sales order processing and processing Goods returns requests Liaising with customers and colleagues Responding to non-technical customer enquiries Building rapport with new and existing customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction Supporting with administrative duties, including order placing and progress chasing with suppliers Requirements for the right Sales Processor: Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships Strong prioritisation, organisation and multitasking skills Ability to manage own workload and use initiative Be flexible and reactive when urgent issues arise Customer Service skills, including telephone and email Sales Processor company benefits: Flexible hours.
30 days holiday (including bank holidays and 10-day Christmas closure) which rises to 33 days after 1 years' service.
Auto enrolment pension 5% employee contribution with 3% employer contribution Access to private healthcare after probation period.
Training provided when applicable.
