Type : Full-Time (40 hr/week) | Location : London | Start : January/February 2025 | Web : drinkinghelps.co.uk Lemonaid Beverages is looking for a full-time sales and relationship superstar to help spread our social mission across London from the start of 2025.

Since 2009, weve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference.
Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together weve raised over £9 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions.
Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time.

And its not just words - every year, we pack our bags and visit our growers and project partners, like the Heiveld Cooperative in South Africa, to see the impact first-hand.
What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement.
Today, our team of 115 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, a dozen of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights.
With fresh senior global leadership and a clear vision for the future, were entering an exciting phase of expansion.
Were focused on winning additional accounts and exploring new channels and formats - and we need the right person to join us on this journey.
YOUR ROLE Your main responsibilities & what you'll be doing Win new business and drive growth Your primary mission is to bring Lemonaid & ChariTea into new venues, from cafes and bars to restaurants, health food stores to night clubs.
Youll be introducing our brand and making a compelling case for why they should join our mission to create change.
Face-to-face sales mastery Youll thrive in direct meetings with potential clients, using your persuasive energy and passion to secure partnerships.
Every conversation is an opportunity to close a deal and expand our reach.
Craft and execute winning strategies Youll own and execute sales strategies to ensure were a leading presence across London and beyond, driving impact in your territories.
Develop and strengthen relationships Building and nurturing strong connections with key customers will be central to your role, turning them into long-term ambassadors for Lemonaid & ChariTea.
Boost sales through stockists and distributors Work closely with our partners to maximise sales performance across every site.
Engage with culture and community Youll immerse yourself in local scenesthink design, music, and nightlifeto create authentic connections and initiate brand partnerships, together with our marketing team.
Make our brand stand out From in-store promotions to eye-catching displays using upcycled bottles and creative point-of-sale materials, youll make sure everyone is talking about Lemonaid & ChariTea.
Be a true Lemonaider Continuously learn, challenge yourself, and represent Lemonaid & ChariTea with pride and passion.

Previous experience in FMCG?
Great.
