In this role, you'll oversee existing relationships with major department stores and retailers, as well as actively prospect and manage new leads, contributing to our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture existing key accounts for white-label projects.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support growth in custom bottling projects.
Create joint business plans in alignment with commercial goals.
Provide support to the wider sales team across Gleann Mòr's portfolio.
Organise and attend industry events to expand sales opportunities.
The Company Gleann Mòr Spirits is an independent bottler and blender established in 2015.
Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, we are the creators of several award-winning spirit brands that are sold across the globe.
In 2023, Gleann Mòr Spirits acquired the portfolio brands for The British Honey Company and Union Distillers, allowing us to tap into a range of white bottling projects.

The Person We're looking for someone who: Has a strong understanding of revenue targets and a proactive approach to achieving them.
Can work independently, managing core accounts to drive volume, value, and additional activations.
Has a strategic mindset, making sound commercial decisions to invest resources wisely.
Possesses excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Holds a valid UK driving licence and passport.
Has prior experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the alcohol industry.
Is proficient in CRM and other data management systems to track project progress.
