They are looking for an outstanding salesperson to lead on a number of diary based accounts within the UK and Ireland.

Your Responsibilities Take responsibility for a wide range of accounts in the UK & Ireland.
Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the dairy markets where necessary.
Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development.
Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, with full responsibility and accountability.
Negotiate pricing with customer.
Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.
Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
Monitoring the market and identify market potential.
Your Profile Consistent track record in Project Management and Sales performance.
Experience in the food, beverage and foodservice business segments (B2B), with dairy sales experience an advantage.
Ideally a university degree in a relevant discipline.
Knowledge and commercial contacts to the food and beverage industry.
Excellent English language skills.
Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and possess strong communication skills.
Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Independent and structured work.
Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills.
