Your Company: A thriving real estate business based in London is seeking a Sales Manager to join the team.
Established in the early noughties, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent standards or service to their prestigious clients, encompassing areas of buying, selling and renting.
This role will suit a natural leader who is able to inspire their team to achieve greatness, through hard work, attentiveness and diligence.
The position holder will be responsible for overseeing the teams' activities as well as managing a portfolio of their own clients and transactions.
Your Roles and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: Leading and developing a team of proactive and diverse Sales Consultants Undertaking high-quality market appraisals Managing and reviewing all sales negotiations to ensure these are beneficial to the company and are compliant with standards Issuing both landlords and vendors regularly market updates and viewing feedback What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in handling high net worth international clients, although not necessarily corporate clients, and MUST have significant exposure to the real estate sector and market .
It goes without saying that applicants must have exquisite communication abilities, alongside strong leadership skills and experience.
What you will get in Return: For the successful candidate a starting base salary of up to £45,000 will be on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous experience within a comparable role.
This will accompany the ability to earn fantastic uncapped OTEs however the company have mentioned this could be up to £90,000 .
There will be additional rewards related to performance, a good holiday allowance, a competitive pension contribution and a plethora of other benefits.
While in this business, there will be excellent opportunities for progression within the sales function.
There will also be good opportunities to develop your sales skills and you'll be able to stay on top of vital market and industry information, keeping your knowledge relevant and accurate.
