AEVUS, a leader in Association Management Software (AMS), is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our exciting new membership management platform, Communit-Us.
This role offers the opportunity to showcase a world-class tool designed to streamline community engagement, events, and membership services for associations of all sizes.
Communit-Us is an all-in-one platform that empowers associations to create personalized event microsites, manage seamless registrations, integrate payments, and gather valuable insights through post-event surveys.
It's designed to offer associations a powerful, user-friendly solution, while ensuring the flexibility to scale through integrations with more comprehensive systems when needed.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing outreach campaigns to identify and connect with new prospects, nurturing relationships with interested parties, and guiding them through a consultative sales process, all the way to contract signature.
This role involves actively reaching out to potential clients, building a robust network, and gaining as much exposure for Communit-Us as possible.

Role Description Scope of Responsibilities - - Define best practices, programs, standards, and processes, including go to market, revenue growth, feature optimisation, territory & account plans, prospecting & self-generated lead creation, and pipeline & opportunity management.
- Build relationships with decision makers and key influencers in relevant customer organisations.
- Act as a role model and cultural ambassador to ensure a great working environment.
Relevant requirements - - At least 3 years' experience working in a senior sales role, ideally in a B2B software company.
- Have great commercial awareness and ability to learn about customers quickly.
- Be very good at communicating over the phone, via email, and other channels.
- Experienced webinar host who can build an audience with exciting content - Self-starter with a proven sales track record in consultative sales (3mths+ sales cycle) - Target orientated with strong negotiation, upsell, cross-sell and closing skills.
- The ability to develop and execute an effective new business sales strategy - A history of using data to improve conversion rates.
- High level of computer proficiency & experience - Team player, with a willingness to support the team.
