JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager GB LOCATION: Cumbria wide TERMS: Permanent REQUIREMENTS: UK right to work required (no sponsorship available) We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager, to drive performance and growth in our GB territory.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for the sales performance in the region.
Leading, growing, developing, and motivating a team of up to 20 Field Sales representatives, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of the channel, and for developing new opportunities accelerate new customer acquisition.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
(not limited to) Develop and lead the sales team to achieve goals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximise channel performance.
Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Track and report on sales performance.
Work with Sales leadership team to set goals, targets, and incentives for your team.
Work with Sales leadership to develop sales strategy and campaigns to accelerate growth.
Identify local market opportunities, work collaboratively to develop plans to address these and execute in an innovative, cost effective and impactful manner.
Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.
Engage with your team through high quality coaching and mentoring as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets in a high volume fast paced, high pressure environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.

Ability to manage a high performing team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Extensive coaching, managing and leadership experience.
