We have a total of 8 homes that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.
About the role As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Raising invoices and maintaining service users records Collection of due/overdue accounts receivable Reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required for information relating to admissions and discharges Key skills Previous sales ledger experience Experience of sage 50 accounts Intermediate level of understanding of Microsoft excel Able to manage several cases simultaneously, prioritising accordingly Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Training and development opportunities Retail discounts including food shopping, clothes, electronics Travel discounts for holidays Energy bill savings Online courses virtual, live and interactive to upskill yourself Help the planet, plant trees, save turtles!
