Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven strategic salesperson to lead efforts in migrating existing SME and large market clients from legacy on-premise products to our cutting-edge SaaS/Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter with a proven track record in on-premise to SaaS migrations, adept at cross-selling, and capable of driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Client Migrations: Drive and manage the full sales cycle for migrating existing clients from legacy on-premise products to our SaaS/Cloud offerings, focusing on both SME and large market segments.
Cross-Selling Expertise: Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities to expand our footprint within existing client accounts, ensuring clients fully leverage our product ecosystem.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies that resonate with our client base, maximising migration success rates.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets based on successful client migrations and cross-sell conversions.
Challenger Mindset: Approach sales with a challenger mentality, confidently addressing client objections and providing innovative solutions to complex migration challenges.
