My client offers a market leading product into the office of CFO.
Due to growth they are looking to add a Sales Director to their team.
This will initially be a player/manager role.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Director to join the expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across mid-sized enterprises, building strategic relationships, and leading sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the mid-market sector.
Identify and prospect new clients, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers within target accounts.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and deliver effective sales presentations.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and insights to the leadership team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Mentor and support junior sales team members as the team expands.
Requirements: Proven track record of success in a mid-market sales role, preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
Experience of selling into finance personas; CFO, FD, FC Strong understanding of finance operations and the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
