Sales Director Opportunity – Join a Market Leader in the B2B Manufacturing Industry The role is fully remote and can be based throughout Europe We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead the sales organization for one of our key business segments, driving growth and developing strong customer relationships in a highly competitive B2B environment.
This role is pivotal, with responsibility for managing a substantial revenue portfolio of €150M+ and leading a team of Key Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development professionals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities for growth through market segmentation, competitor analysis, and white-space identification.
Shape and implement pricing strategies and contract management processes to achieve sustained revenue growth.
Key Account and Sales Team Management Oversee relationships with strategic key accounts, ensuring proactive collaboration and win-win outcomes.
Provide clear direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive excellence in account planning and execution, including contract renewals and new business opportunities.
Revenue and Performance Management Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, balancing volume, margin, and profitability.
Monitor performance against objectives and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Continuously enhance sales effectiveness using advanced tools and methodologies.
Team Leadership and Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Coach and mentor team members, strengthening organizational capability and succession planning.
Provide feedback to drive individual and team growth, aligning skills with business needs.
Key Qualifications We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a deep understanding of managing complex commercial portfolios.
Required Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, or Finance Management or equivalent Minimum of 10 years in sales roles, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven ability to manage a revenue portfolio of €150M+ in a competitive B2B environment.
Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing teams.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational context is highly desirable.
