Sales Director - Emea & Apac

Sales Director, EMEA & APAC As a Sales Director for EMEA & APAC, you will be responsible for developing and managing our direct sales and channel partner business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.
You will drive sales growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with both end customers and key channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both direct and channel sales and has a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.
Experience within the digital signage market is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting both end customers and channel partners in EMEA & APAC Identify and approach new customers, as well as recruit and onboard channel partners Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators Collaborate with partners and customers to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective selling of our solution Monitor and analyze partner and customer performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize results.
Conduct QBRs with key stakeholders Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of strategies and a seamless experience for both customers and partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market nuances to identify growth opportunities and enhance differentiation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on both direct and channel sales in the SaaS industry Proven track record of successfully managing sales efforts in EMEA and APAC regions Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA and APAC regions Experience within the digital signage industry is a significant advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible working configuration options A collaborative and inclusive work environment The chance to be part of an innovative and growing company
