Sales And Marketing Director

Due to growth our established client is looking to recruit for a Sales and Marketing Director.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships.
The role: * Developing and implementing creative selling strategies for sales representatives.
* Building & leading teams to achieve desired revenue targets * Participating in board meetings and reporting directly to the executive board.
* Steering the direction of sales and marketing efforts in relation to industry developments, products, and services * Identifying new areas of sales development and creating a strategic and targeted plan to actively engage those markets * Taking new products to market in a creative and exciting way that will engage.
* Overseeing sales, marketing, SEO, social media, and budget.
* Developing and executing yearly sales and marketing plans.
* Creating strategies to grow sales and revenue, working closely with other departments to understand their capacities and capabilities and playing to our strengths Experience: * Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role * Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
