A Typical Day at Work: Start by welcoming customers and helping them find exactly what they need.
Provide excellent service and engage with customers to secure sales.
Train on our products and customer service.
Assist with maintaining store standards and help with general duties.
End your day by prepping the store for another busy day of holiday shopping.
Daily Activities: Greet customers like they're guests at your own holiday party.
Show off our kitchenware with the enthusiasm of a holiday cooking show host.
Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and queries.
Keep the store looking as festive and well-stocked as a Christmas display.
Share your ideas for improvement to keep the store at its best.
Make sure stock levels are well-managed.
Help with any general store tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Loves helping customers and delivering great service with a smile.
Retail experience in a similar position is needed.
This is a key-holder position and you must be over 18 years old to be considered.
