Background A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to work in an exceptionally well-run surgery, which has an incredibly eclectic mix of patients from wealthy to very deprived with a high number of homeless patients.
The very stable GP Partnership have designed the clinics to best service this population, and as such they have a low number of total patient contacts, appointments are 15 minutes long and GPs have a paid admin session.
The practice is a highly progressive Teaching practice for Medical Students and FY2s and are a GP Training Practice with ST3 Registrars.
They are well connected and within 5-10 minutes-walk from several tube stations.
The clinical and non-clinical teams are long-standing, compassionate and understand the needs of their patients.
They are incredibly supportive, coherent, and forward-thinking.
Location – Vauxhall Your role – 6 sessions ideal, can flex to 7 or 5 clinical sessions.
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday required) Controlled workload – 24 total contacts, including morning triage calls.
All appointments 15 minutes.
Working closely with a large and varied Multi-Disciplinary team.
Opportunities to develop special interests, particularly Teaching and Training or Women's Health.
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
