Job summary The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients across a Primary Care Network of 7 GP Practices, dealing with a diverse range of health candidate will be based at one site.The role is initially offered on a fixed term contract basis until 31/03/2025 however this may be extended and will be reviewed ahead of the end date.
Main duties of the job The role will include, but is not limited to, surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, administration, complying with the practices contracts (GMS/PMS/enhanced services/DES).
