Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic GPto work 6-8 sessions per week.
You will join a dedicated team of GPs andsupportive nursing and administration teams.
We work from purpose builtpremises and provide a full range of Enhanced Services and Chronic DiseaseManagement.We are a training practice and there will be an opportunity and support for the candidate to become a trainer.The Practice have a license to sponsor Tier 2 Visa applicationsAround 8500 patientsHigh QOF achieversExtensive enhanced services and chronic disease management (including minor surgery, anti-coagulation, implant and IUCD fitting)Paper-light using SystmOneLow home visit rateAdvanced Nurse Practitioners who proactively manage patients in nursing / care homesInformal visits welcome - please contact the Practice Manager Main duties of the job The post-holder will deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
About us We are a friendly, welll-organised 3 Partner Practice serving around 8,500 patients.
We are also part of 5 practices that make up the North Easington Primary Care Network which has an excellent track record for collaboration, care and support.Our Practice Team includes 3 GPs Partners, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists as well as a very experienced Nursing team and supportive administration team.We have regular clinical meetings, practice meetings and MDT meetings as well as Protected Time in / time out sessions.There are opportunities for the candidate to develop special interests and take a lead role in specific areas of chronic disease management.
