Job summary Haydon Bridge & Allendale Medical Group are looking for a Salaried GP to cover maternity leave 4 to 5 sessions per week.We are a friendly practice who have regular team meetings and catch-up time to promote an inclusive family atmosphere and work closely to foster an open, transparent & positive work culture.
Main duties of the job As a GP Practice which is part of Northumbria Primary Care, we work with flexibility and independence to run the surgery based on what is best for our patients and staff, and additionally we have the regular and consistent support of the management team to help us to focus on what is clinically important.As a Salaried GP the post holder will be a key clinician within the team.
A job plan will be agreed with you to provide general medical services and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.

Whilst appointees will have a base practice within NPC, they may be asked to work at other practices across our group.
We do however limit this as much as possible as we appreciate continuity is vital to effective primary care.
