ROLE SUMMARYWe are currently looking for a passionate and innovative SaaS Administrator to join our IT Operations team, based in Dunfermline.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, challenging role where you will be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Optos' SaaS environment, with a specific focus on Microsoft applications (Microsoft , Azure).
The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, security and efficiency across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configuration and administration of Optos' SaaS portfolio, including application configuration, security configuration, user management, and integration management.
Monitor, report, troubleshoot and resolve SaaS application issues.
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to maintain SaaS governance and best practice.
Track, manage, and optimize SaaS licenses and subscriptions to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Leverage project management workflows to plan and execute SaaS related projects.
Collaborate with vendors to track support incidents, product updates and enterprise feature requests.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows and processes Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and best practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or degree (or equivalent) in IT or related subject or equivalent education gained through work experiences.
3+ years of experience in administering and managing Microsoft SaaS products, particularly Microsoft and Azure.
Proven track record in Microsoft service architecture and engineering including cloud and hybrid implementations, identity and access management, security and compliance.
Relevant training and/or certifications in SaaS administration.
Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
Facilitation and change management skills.
Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
Good customer and vendor relationship skills.
Rapidly adapt to new technologies and assess their potential impact and usefulness in diverse areas within the company.
Ability to work flexibly with the team to ensure timely delivery of service.
