Rough Sleeper Prevention Worker

We are recruiting for a rough sleeping prevention officer in Exeter.

Ideally full-time [37.5 hrs] but happy to be flexible with the hours | Permanent or Temporary available (Temp approximately 4 - 6 weeks) £12.83 per hour Monday to Friday working schedule Weekend availability - participation in an Outreach rota which may include working early mornings, evenings and weekends Responsibilities: Undertake assertive outreach and hot spot visits across the local area Carry out needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments with identified people who are sleeping rough to secure access to services Handle referrals and support individuals accessing emergency sleeping accommodation Requirements: A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (desirable) Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs and challenging behaviours TPBN1_UKTJ
