Nursery: Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
For this position, we are offering a Welcome Bonus of £1000 (T&C's apply) We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf Nursery, situated just a five-minute walk from Imperial Wharf train station and Fulham Broadway tube. There are also several bus routes and easily-accessible parking.
The 99-place setting is Ofsted rated Good and based within a stunning traditional building with large windows to bring the outdoors in! Unusually for a London nursery, Fulham Wharf also features a large garden complete with cycling tracks!

What you'll be doing Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and educationEnsure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areasDeliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestonesDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each childPromote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all timesWork with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day-to-day basisWhat we're looking for Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similarSound understanding of the Early Years Foundation StageStrong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with childrenAbility to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parentsAbility to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adultsBright Horizons are committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone has a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive in meaningful and impactful ways.
