About the Role: As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of innovative structural design engineering projects.
Whilst only a small team, my client has worked on some incredible projects across Manchester, that are extremely impressive.
They work across commercial, residential, stadia, and more.
You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed Revit models, preparing drawings, and working closely with the design engineers.
Your ability to manage project information and ensure the integrity of models will be critical to the success of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain 3D Revit models and 2D drawings across a variety of building projectsCollaborate with the design team to translate concepts into accurate technical drawingsEnsure all Revit models and drawings comply with industry standards and project requirementsCoordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and consultants, to ensure seamless project deliveryAssist in the preparation of project documentation and technical reportsMaintain and manage project file structures and BIM protocolsResolve any technical issues that arise during the project life cycleSkills and Experience:Proficient in Revit (essential)Previous experience in a similar Revit Technician role within engineering, or constructionStrong understanding of building designAbility to interpret engineering drawingsKnowledge of BIM standards and protocolsExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workStrong communication and teamwork skillsA relevant qualification is desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work on exciting, varied projectsCareer development and progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentA great benefits packageHow to Apply: If you are a proactive, self-motivated Revit Technician looking to take the next step in your career, please submit your CV.
