About the role: We have a new opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team.The Revenue Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the hotels revenue streams to achieve optimal occupancy, while meeting and exceeding hotel profit objectives.
They are responsible for developing a pricing and distribution strategy, in accordance with the hotels recommendations and should have a total revenue management approach, with consideration for all the revenue streams of the property Kindly see below the r esponsibilities & duties for the role: Revenue Management o Under the guidance of the General Manager, the Revenue Manager provides strategic direction and oversees revenue strategies ensuring their effective implementation.
o Strong knowledge on both internal and external revenue management matters.
o Plays a key role in developing, forecasting, and revising weekly, monthly, and annual budgets.
o Establishes and optimises the hotel's pricing strategy based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
o Oversees statistical analysis and monitors performance metrics by segment, market, and accommodation revenue.
o Prepares and leads the weekly "Revenue Meeting," ensuring alignment on strategy and tactics.
o Manages the opening and closing of booking channels according to established strategies.
o Maintains and updates rate information, package codes, and other system codes.
o Conducts competitor analysis, providing accurate insights into pricing, trends, and availability within the market.
o Enhances the hotels visibility across various distribution channels.
o Manages campaigns with OTAs and key distributors to improve rankings and revenue relative to the competitive set.
Reservation Support: o Manage and motivate the reservations team to deliver excellent service and achieve departmental goals.
o Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed expectations.
o Manage and oversee group bookings and long-stay rate agreements, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with revenue strategies.
o Supports the reservations team in applying yield management principles and fosters a culture of revenue management through training and guidance.
o Support promotional campaigns and special packages by ensuring smooth integration into the reservations process.
Qualifications/Skills: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and /or abilities.

Essential: Demonstrable Revenue experience in the London luxury market Demonstrable leadership skills b having performed the role within Revenue management.
Understands sophisticated RM concepts Superb product knowledge of IDeaS G2 Advanced MS Excel knowledge Advance knowledge of hotels distribution systems and in-house systems (PMS) Precise analytical skills Excellent presentation skills Desired: Previous hotel experience in a combination of sales and operations.
Experience of using Synxis CRS Strong understanding of eCommerce Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4 and how to identify trends and adapt Comprehension of F&B revenues, how to forecast and drive TrevPar for the hotel AMRT1_UKCT
