Job Description As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer's unique needs as they enter your store.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement : Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, that leave our customers feeling positive and valued.
Service Excellence : Create exceptional experiences through tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.  Performance Enhancement : Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
Solution Efficiency : Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.
