The Role Managing cases of various size and complexityLiaising with stakeholders both pre and post appointmentBusiness reviews for corporates and lendersSupporting clients with business plans, short term cash flow planning and restructureDeveloping alternative options and contingency planningManaging and developing exit strategies and optionsImplementing closure programmes and AMA processesInternal support and technical input into multi-disciplinary teamManaging and supporting team membersSupporting the wider growth of the Advisory departmentThe Candidate Ideally qualified JIEB/ CPI/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalentCorporate Insolvency/Restructuring experience gained in a practice firm or boutiqueCurrently or recently at Senior Manager or Director levelReference Number: RU12823
