As a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, seamless guest experience.
Youll lead and inspire the team, ensuring they are well-prepared, expertly trained, and fully immersed in the finer details of luxury service.
T he Role To support the team with preparing the restaurant for service.
Welcome and assist guests arriving at the restaurant.
When necessary provide support to the operations team on the Restaurant floor.
The Person Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Warm, friendly and welcoming personality.
Positive and proactive attitude towards delivering service excellence.
Someone who can act as an ambassador for Beaverbrook.
To be prepared to work flexibility and assist the team where required to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone who has already worked as a Restaurant Host or a in similar customer focused role to join our team at Beaverbrook.
Salary: £24,000 per annum plus variable service charge Shift Pattern Working 5 out of 7 days, you will be able to offer the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
Hours may consist of the following shifts: 08:30-15:00, 10:30-20:45, 14:00-21:00.
