Residential Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join a leading law firm's well-regarded Residential Real Estate team.
With a strong reputation for handling high value transactions, the team offers clear, commercially focused advice across a range of property matters.
The team have a varied client base including but not limited to high-net-worth individuals, overseas investors, first-time buyers and lenders, and have expertise in the prime and super prime residential property market.
The team are looking to make multiple hires at the junior and mid/senior levels.
The role will involve: Managing residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, and new build purchases and sales.
Handling property-related aspects of financing transactions, including certificates or disclosures of title.
Acting for landlords and tenants on matters such as licenses to assign, deeds of variation, and voluntary lease extensions.
Working alongside other teams to assist with property aspects of family or estate-related matters.
Conducting title investigations and preparing key transaction documentation.
Requirements England & Wales qualified lawyer with experience in a high-performing residential conveyancing team Experience in transactions relating to prime and super prime residential property is desirable Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple matters effectively.
