Residential Property Lawyer

Interim assignment to start immediately with excellent Real Estate City practice.
The firm would love a Residential Property Lawyer to start immediately and work until the end of 2024.
Work will be handling all aspects of Residential property transactions including sales, acquisitions and lease renewals.
Ideally you will also be able to assist the Litigation team in aspects of Enfranchisement.
Applicants must have upwards of 5 years' experience in this jurisdiction of handling Residential Property work.
Hybrid working pattern available.
