Role Overview: As part of the firm's expanding Residential Property team, you will handle a broad range of property transactions while working in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on residential property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Managing a busy caseload and delivering excellent service to clients.
Communicating with clients and intermediaries throughout the transaction process.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Person Specification: Associate - ideally 4+ years PQE and Senior Associate 6+ years PQE in residential property.
Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a varied caseload.
