Resident Manager (12Mth Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role The Resident Manager will be a member of the team at our brand new Leatherhead neighbourhood.
The new team will prepare the neighbourhood for what will be an exciting period of showcasing and leasing up our new apartments, with viewings commencing in December 2024.
The team will then continue to drive the Get Living promise of delivering an excellent resident living experience for our clients.
The Leatherhead team will ensure neighbourhoods are prepared to a high standard for viewings and occupancy.
The Resident Managers will be the primary customer facing representatives for all residents, colleagues, couriers and contractors.
They will ensure that current and prospective residents enjoy an exemplary experience from first enquiry, to move-in, through to an enduring and sustained residency experience thereafter.
