Renewals Manager

Key Responsibilities:Ensure Timely Renewals: Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process to guarantee all customer contracts are renewed on time.Prepare Documentation: Create accurate proposals and contractual paperwork, ensuring all details align with customer needs and company standards.Customer Engagement: Lead customer calls and discussions to address queries and finalise renewals.Forecasting: Provide accurate renewal forecasting and progress updates to the Head of Renewals.Guidance on Contracts: Advise customers on MHR's preferred frameworks or standard contracts to streamline agreements.Salesforce Updates: Maintain and update Salesforce records to reflect the latest renewal information.Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within MHR to facilitate a smooth renewal process and resolve any challenges.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in a similar role, such as renewals, account management, or customer success.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to drive processes forward.A desire to work in a fast-growing, innovative environment and shape a new team.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new Renewals team, contributing to the creation of processes and shaping the future of the division.
