Renewals Clerk

Based in Leatherhead * Salary negotiable * Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch) Job specification: * Working within a small team of underwriters, working with brokers across the UK.
* Handling renewals, renewal adjustments, and midterm adjustments.
* Liaising with claims teams as part of the underwriting process.
Person specification: * Must have a driving license.
* Minimum 2 years of general insurance experience.
* A background in risk management and general security is beneficial.
* Have a professional insurance qualification or be working towards it.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Experience with SSP systems is desirable.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Educated to GCSE Maths & English with grade C or above.
