They are now seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a part of the growing team on a flexible remote basis.As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties.
This remote role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Skills and experience required: Minimum of 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.Strong organisational and communication skills.Professional qualifications are beneficial however not essential.
