Remote Bookings Representative M&M Theatrical Productions, the leading provider of Children's Touring Educational Theatre and Pantomime performances to primary schools across the UK and Ireland, is looking for a motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic and successful team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow within a thriving business.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality theatre experiences to children, many of whom may be experiencing the arts for the first time.
You'll be responsible for driving sales to meet targets and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of the company.
In this role, the Remote Bookings Representative will report directly to the Senior Accounts Managers, ensuring that all sales activities align with the strategic goals of the company.
You will work closely with the Senior Accounts Managers to review progress, receive guidance, and implement sales strategies to drive bookings and meet your targets.
Regular updates and performance reviews will be conducted with them to ensure your efforts are contributing to the overall success of the region.
Ultimately, you will also answer to the Sales Director, who oversees the department's performance and ensures that the business objectives are being met.
Key Responsibilities: Focus on outbound sales and lead generation, working to achieve targets.
Become an expert in our productions and generate new connections through sales and excellent customer service.
Requirements: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
2 years of sales experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Professional telephone manner and impeccable work ethic.
Job Details: Job Type: Self-Employed Contract for Services, Full-time, Permanent, Remote following training.
Remuneration: £430 per week, with OTE of £600 per week with additional bonuses.
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 mins unpaid lunch break.
Holiday Accruement: An additional £1.29 per hour worked.
Training: Training and Assessment take place at our Head Office in Ayr, Scotland.
Accommodation is supplied free of charge during training.
£100 Travel allowance is available to attend.
£300 is paid for the time of training and assessment if completed.
