Relocation Consultant

As a Relocation Consultant, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both client companies and individuals or families in the process of relocating.
You will act as the key contact for all stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service, communication, and support throughout the entire relocation journey.

Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office per week, remaining days remote
Initial Training: Office-based during the initial training period
Responsibilities of the Relocation Consultant:
Client Communications & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client companies, keeping them informed of all updates during the relocation process.
Provide detailed information on available relocation packages and services to ensure clients are aware of all options.
Consistently update client companies on the status of their assignees' relocations, with a focus on transparency and customer satisfaction.
Actively seek opportunities to enhance the client experience through regular feedback and client surveys.
Initiate first contact with the assignee and offer ongoing support throughout the relocation process.
Coordinate with Relocation Consultants to provide key information and assistance with settling in, including orientation and home finding.
Provide flexible support to colleagues during peak periods or absences, ensuring continuous service.

Facilitate the smooth and timely relocation of individuals and families into the UK, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum support.

Strong knowledge of the lettings and property industries, including tenancy agreements and tenant referencing.
Familiarity with Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes and other relevant legal frameworks.
A background in customer-focused roles, particularly in account management or within the property sector.
Ability to solve problems proactively and maintain high standards of performance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a keen interest in learning new systems and tools.
