Job Description Nursing Home Manager Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Are you a strong, results-driven leader with a proven track record of turning around care homes and achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings?
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the reins of a well-established nursing home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and determined professional to bring their expertise to a care home that values excellence, innovation, and person-centred care.
Qualifications and Experience: Nursing Qualification: Active UK NMC Pin.
Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with success in driving significant improvements and securing positive CQC outcomes.
In-Depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legislative requirements.
Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver exceptional care.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled in resource management, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
