Qualifications and Experience: RGN qualified with active NMC registration.
Previous experience in a nursing, residential, or dementia care setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
Ability to work well within a team and show flexibility in meeting the needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each resident, in line with the standards set by Holme House.
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in a safe and effective manner.
Work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans that promote health, well-being, and independence.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care activities and clinical observations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the home's commitment to excellence in care.
Provide guidance and support to healthcare assistants and other team members to foster a collaborative and caring environment.
