Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse, with a least 6 months post registration experience; you will have the responsibility for the assessment of patient needs, planning, delivering and evaluating care in the patients own environment.
It's all about giving our patients the best possible quality of life, the support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.The ideal candidate should ideally demonstrate knowledge and experience working in the community and/or in palliative care and should participate in education and training activities.As the role is community based you should be confident working alone, must hold a driving licence and own your own car.

We offer 24 hour / seven days a week palliative care to people who have advanced disease, caring for people in our Inpatient Unit which accommodates 15 patients and the local community.
