Job summary This role is for a Registered Nurse to work at the Clare Court Care Home in Winson Green, Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to the residents, acting as the person in charge, and supervising the care team.

Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be on acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents.
You will be responsible for undertaking nursing tasks, advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, and effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during the duty period.
The role requires a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies or qualifications.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, you must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, and have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
