Daytime Healthcare are working with a national homecare organization, who are seeking a Registered care manager for their Bootle branch.
Job Description: Working closely with the Director to coordinate the development of a high quality private domiciliary care service for older people in the local area.
manage two services.
Act as the Registered Manager managing the regulated activity for the office.
Networking in the local community to raise awareness of the service Promoting the highest standards of care and service Recruiting and training Care Professionals Converting new client enquiries and coordinating staffing rotas Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements Managing a team, making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients Continually reviewing and improving our processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is always being delivered Effectively managing complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations relating to the quality of the service and using those findings to initiate improvements Promoting a positive culture in line with the Home Instead ethos and values.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills Commercial business acumen Excellent planning and organisational skills Skills in assessment and care planning Ability to cope with pressure Ability to cope with change A clear enhanced DBS certificate A clean driving license Must be acceptable as a Registered Manager to CQC satisfaction The ability to develop and maintain the quality control system A strong knowledge of the requirements of the Care Standards regulations The ability to create and maintain administrative systems The ability to recruit, select and effectively supervise a dispersed workforce The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Benefits Annual Bonus based upon performance 28 days paid holiday (incl.
