Our Regional Marketing Managers are facilitators in the creation and application of great strategic insight to develop game-changing ideas.
Highly skilled and respected marketing consultants who understand how to influence the network on that journey.
You will be a vital bridge between the manufacturer and the retailer network and work together with the agency to plan implement and measure effective local marketing campaigns across all business areas.
We are looking for you to be an expert across multi-channels, a source of authority to consult on best practice and skilled in fostering relationships.
You will have significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role (client or agency-side) and be able to display strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
An understanding of the automotive industry is advantageous.
This role covers the Southern UK region, and you will need to be based within the area to best serve and foster face-to-face network relationships.
This is a field-based role, covering the Southwest area – ideally you will be based along the M4/M5 corridor, with the ability to travel to locations across the area.
The Day to Day    Act as a consultant to retail dealers on lead management and customer loyalty, including maximising use of their database with a clear focus on sales conversion.
Drive the network to achieve conquest brand standards, notably compliant and effective execution of experiential, digital and social activity.
Prioritise your time to support all partners both elevating those partners requiring marketing assistance while ensuring high performing partners continue to push to optimise and excel.
  Develop strong relationships with dealers, agency and manufacturer colleagues through a combination of face-to-face site visits in addition to a regular cadence of online interactions.
Champion creative ideas and drive a shared creative ambition with clients from outset of project.
Educate the network on marketing support provided, including marketing portal access.
Use tools to offer insight and solutions to current challenges: findings from previous consultancy work, agency generated insight, management information system reports etc.
Identify and support any new starters within the network to provide inductions to the brand and marketing support provided.
Understand business challenges and opportunities and advise dealers on marketing solutions across Retail/Fleet/After Sales/Used Car/Motability/Accessories.
Provide this consultancy programme with support of manufacturer and TMW planning teams, tailored to meet dealer marketing objectives.
Requirements Who will you be?
Highly strategic, dynamic and inspire confidence in the dealer network and senior management, with in-depth channel knowledge, you'll be a team player and an expert in your field.
Comprehensive knowledge of the full marketing mix, especially in digital and social platforms, you will be capable of creating marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Strong influencing and persuasion skills both internally and with clients.
An understanding of data, reporting (strong excel ability) and how to measure marketing effectiveness.
To be adept at building and maintaining strong client and colleague relationships that engender trust and add value.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
A problem solver with excellent people management skills.
A sense of gravitas and a sensitivity to the politics surrounding dealer and manufacturer issues.
An understanding of the automotive industry is advantageous.
