Additionally, the newly established Scottish team will be part of a national service, providing support across all four nations.
You will play a crucial role in establishing the service, utilising your expertise in Scottish debt enforcement, insolvency, and the welfare benefits system.
Your responsibilities will include recruiting a team of advisers who will be responsible for delivering this essential service.

We look forward to receiving your application.Your key responsibilities will include:· Service Development & Promotion: Partner with the Head of Welfare to develop and promote the Benefits, Debt & Money Advice Service across Scotland, leveraging strong networking and stakeholder management skills.· Compliance & Standards: Ensure that service delivery aligns with FCA regulations, nationally agreed standards, and best practices in benefits and money advice.· Resource Coordination: Oversee resource allocation and plan support activities to deliver flexible, person-centred assistance through both community-based and remote services.· Team Leadership: Manage the Regional team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training, to uphold high service standards while ensuring adherence to relevant policies, practices, and procedures.· Technical Knowledge Maintenance: Handle a small caseload of benefits, debt, and money advice cases to stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical expertise.Please note this role will be Home based with occasional travel to Poppy Scotland/RBL offices and/or throughout Scotland (travel expenses covered).
