As an independent directional drilling and wellbore navigation service company, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions to technically challenging problems.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an effective business unit strategy covering operational management and development within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships within the Europe, Caspian, and Sub-Saharan Africa region.
- Identify, cultivate, and deliver opportunities for business growth and acquisitions aligned with the company's global enterprise strategy.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor and customer activity, reporting back on market opportunities and achievements.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to develop regional business development and marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate: - Background in Directional Drilling, MWD, LWD, or Surveying - Proven track record in business development within the energy sector - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Willingness to travel regularly within the ESSA region - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
