Regional Account Manager (South)

Location: Hybrid (Field & Home-Based) Role Type: Full-Time Mad Devs Ltd, a dynamic and innovative software development company for the automotive industry, are looking for an energetic and skilled Regional Account Manager for the Southern region to join our team due to continued growth!
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in building strong relationships with existing clients while proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and consistently delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver value that meets clients' business needs.
Liaise with clients on upcoming projects, developments and enhancements New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation through to closing deals, expanding our client base across the MAD Devs portfolio of platforms.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Working closely with the Training and Implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and sustainability of new clients Strategic Account Growth: Work to understand client goals and challenges, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Mad Devs' services.
Foster long-term, strategic partnerships to ensure continued client success and loyalty.
What We're Looking For: Technical Skills: Handling our portfolio of solutions, we will require the successful candidate to have a good understanding of our tools, and the ability to adapt to their rapidly changing services.
Proven Experience: A background in business development or account management within the automotive industry will be beneficial, however a full knowledge of the automotive industry from a showroom management position will also be a consideration.
Client-Focused: A natural relationship-builder with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering results.
Plan strategic account reviews in a well organised fashion.
Results-Driven: You are motivated by targets and have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Work closely with the Sales Director in regular reviews and joint presentations.
Communication Skills: Skilled in client presentations and clear, persuasive communication.
