Regional Account Manager (North London)

Job Purpose: To manage all existing/ new partners, A&E contacts and end user interaction within the North London regions as assigned by the Sales Manager and UK&I Country VP.
To identify & target business opportunities with new customers.
To act as the main point of contact between HVE & all assigned contacts.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: To maintain relationships with existing key clients, including visiting customers, A&E customers & end-users to identify opportunities to upsell to further increase sales.
To identify business opportunities amongst current customers.
To draw up business proposals and offers for both new & existing customers.
To create sales reports which include new & existing projects & to work closely with our customers to grow & close said projects.
To work towards & continually monitor set KPIs on targets set for key customer accounts.
To promote training on our products & software to ensure customers have the correct knowledge to effectively sell our solutions to the end user To ensure our partners have the required product range available to successfully sell our solutions To keep up to date with market trends To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix.
This will involve the strategic and active analysis of channel management and introduction of sales promotion activity To work closely with our Marketing team to entice existing customers & encourage new customers, by organising activities & events that inform & inspire them to work with Hanwha Vision Europe as their preferred partner of choice To attend UK&I trade shows & events To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and Country VP (UK&I) Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the Security industry Strong knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers Experience selling to Distributors and System Integrators in the region A proven sales and achievement record Understanding of new technologies Business or Technical Degree Level Education (desirable) Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal Company Directors / colleagues and key clients Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement Ability to demonstrate motivation of multidisciplinary teams to achieve targets Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail Displays a pro-active approach and is a 'solution finder' Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Process oriented Clean Driving License English language essential
