To support our continued growth we are looking for a resourcer with the skills and desire to build their own desks as a Consultant.
Initially candidate facing, you will learn our market and as soon as you are ready, you will take on business development responsibilities.

What you will do: -Build long term relationships with candidates and clients based on service and trust.
-Contact new and existing clients and promote our services.
-Negotiate terms and conditions -Write adverts and manage the response.
-Promote and market Arguile Search on social media.
-Register relevant candidates and advise them of market conditions, discuss and advise on their CVs and identify opportunities for them.
