The role: Due to the continued growth of our Bristol office, we are currently recruiting for an Architectural Recruitment Resourcer to work in our South West Architectural team helping to support some of our major national accounts and more local client base.
This is a very varied role, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the industries longest standing recruitment consultants and earn commission on placements made.
The role is based on the outskirts of Bristol and you will be an integral part of a successful team with over 30 years experience in the market.
Your Daily Duties will include: Searching for candidates against live roles.
Making contact with candidate to attract them to your live roles, pre-screening them and preparing their application to send across to our clients.
Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them in the process.
Organising people starting work, giving information, obtaining compliance and ensuring contracts are completed.
Dealing with our internal Payroll team to generate timesheets and solve administration queries.
Using the internal system to set up contracts, interviews, detailed conversations, notes and compliance.
Process paperwork for candidate placements and timesheet processing.
Working with computer systems and payment processes.
