We're looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant based in or around Horsham, West Sussex to focus on the recruitment of financial traders on the sell-side for prestigious finance and investment management firms across Europe and the US.
You'll be working directly with the London Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities: Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of candidates Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel Source, qualify, and conduct interviews ensuring technical and cultural fit for all client requirements Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases Identify clients and recruitment opportunities Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards Who Are You?
