We may have an opportunity for you… Atlas Consultancy Group are looking for their next Recruitment Consultant to join the team based in Copgrove, a gentle 15-minute commute from the centre of Harrogate.
Established in 2021, and already holds a leading reputation in the US Veterinary marketplace, with strong and exclusive partnerships with both privately owned businesses and many corporations.

Enjoy transitioning into a warm desk, where you're responsible for carving your own path, building robust relationships with candidates and clients, and maintaining our business and your own personal reputation of delivery!
You will be fully supported in your development with a clear training plan and mentorship.
Prior recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential, as you'll have our complete guidance and support throughout.
All we ask is that you bring your best every day, be willing to succeed, and have a sense of humor!
What to expect your schedule to look like?
We offer a flexible working schedule, with flexibility on shift patterns.
All we require is that you commit to evening shifts at least twice a week that finish at 9:00 p.m… You will have every Friday off as standard!!
Allowing you to enjoy an extended weekend every week!
That's 52 additional days off yearly, compared to the archaic 5-day working week!
However, we want you to see your territory as your business, which may mean occasionally taking calls on a Friday or at the Weekend.
What can you earn?
Enjoy an industry-leading commission structure with YOU as the Recruitment Consultant in mind, which offers excellent earning opportunities.
Here's a breakdown of what you can expect to earn on our uncapped commissions model through your first 3 years!
Year 1: OTE £55k Year 2: OTE £80k Year 3: OTE £101k More of which will be discussed during your interview process with us!
Join us on our exciting journey with major growth plans, including increasing our headcount to more than ten consultants over the next 12 months, planning an office renovation, taking business trips to the US, hosting social events throughout the year, and much more!
The Role: You will be working alongside our experienced team of six consultants, shadowing and learning from tried and tested methods of veterinary recruitment.
As you transition into your position, you'll be responsible for forming excellent relationships with candidates and clients alike.
From business development to candidate generation, you'll have the autonomy to run your territory as your own!

No problem, we have put together a comprehensive training programme to help you succeed!
All the tools, platforms and support you will need to hit the ground running!

A strong desire to succeed in your position A sense of humour Excellent communication skills Preferences for working within a team environment where collaboration is a must!
Attention to detail with a forward-thinking mindset!
